Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before booking or engaging with any of Sophia Anwar’s services.
1. About Sophia Anwar
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sophia Anwar, trading as End Relational Conflict (“Sophia Anwar”, “I”, “me”, “my”), and any individual or couple (“you”, “the client”) who engages with my services, whether via this website, email, telephone or any other means.

By booking a session, purchasing a package or engaging with any service offered through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Services
I offer the following services:
- 1:1 Relational Coaching — individual sessions for one or both partners, conducted online via video call.
- Couples Intensives — immersive one, two or three-day programmes conducted in person or online, designed to create significant relational change in a concentrated period.
- Bootcamps — two-day in-person group programmes delivered in London.
- Courses & Workshops — online and in-person educational programmes on relational themes, offered periodically.
All services are described on this website for general information purposes. I reserve the right to modify, withdraw or update any service offering at any time. Any such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
3. Booking & Payment
Confirming Your Booking
A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or a deposit where applicable) has been received and you have received written confirmation from me via email. I reserve the right to decline any booking at my sole discretion.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. For multi-session packages, payment terms will be set out in your individual agreement. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Packages
Where you purchase a package of sessions, those sessions must be used within six months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund.
For Couples Intensives, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the intensive begins.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice or more: session may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: the full session fee will be charged and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Non-attendance without notice: the full session fee will be charged.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to sophia@endrelationalconflict.com.
Cancellation of Couples Intensives
- More than 30 days before the intensive: deposit is forfeited; remaining balance (if paid) is refunded in full.
- Between 14 and 30 days before the intensive: 75% of the total fee is charged; no refund on any amount paid beyond the deposit.
- Less than 14 days before the intensive: the full fee is charged with no refund.
Cancellation by Me
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. I will not be liable for any additional costs you incur as a result of a cancellation on my part.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available in the following circumstances only:
- A session or intensive is cancelled by me with insufficient notice to reschedule.
- A cancellation is made by you in accordance with the notice periods set out in Section 4.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed, to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Change of mind, relationship reconciliation or a decision not to proceed with coaching after booking are not grounds for a refund once a session has been confirmed and payment received.
6. Client Conduct & Suitability
By engaging my services, you agree to:
- Treat me and any other participants with respect at all times.
- Attend sessions sober and in a fit state to engage in the work.
- Be honest about your situation, history and any relevant mental health or medical conditions prior to commencing work together.
- Understand that coaching requires your active participation — results depend significantly on your engagement and commitment.
I reserve the right to terminate a session or end a coaching relationship if a client’s conduct is abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. In such circumstances, no refund will be given for the affected session.
Suitability
My services are coaching services and are not suitable as a replacement for clinical mental health treatment. If at any point I believe that your needs exceed what coaching can appropriately address, I will advise you and may refer you to a more suitable professional.
7. Confidentiality
I treat everything disclosed during our work together with the utmost discretion. I will not share information about you or the content of our sessions with any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- Where I am required to do so by law.
- Where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
- Where I seek confidential supervision from a professional supervisor (in which case your identity will not be disclosed).
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any materials, frameworks or proprietary methods shared during our sessions.
8. Coaching vs Therapy
Relational coaching is not the same as psychotherapy, counselling or any regulated clinical service. While the work can be deeply transformative, it does not constitute diagnosis, treatment or clinical intervention of any kind.
I am a certified Relational Life Therapy coach and bootcamp facilitator. I am not a licensed psychotherapist or medical professional. My services are educational and developmental in nature.
If you are currently receiving treatment for a mental health condition, I strongly encourage you to discuss your intention to engage in coaching with your treating professional before we begin.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- I make no guarantee as to the outcome of any coaching engagement. Results depend on many factors, including your commitment, circumstances and the complexity of your situation.
- I will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your engagement with my services.
- My total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks and resources shared during our sessions or via this website remain the intellectual property of Sophia Anwar or the respective rights holders (including Relational Life Institute). You may not reproduce, distribute, share or use any such materials for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
11. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of my services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
