if this is you
You walked away. You chose your safety. You chose your children’s safety. You did the thing you were told, implicitly or explicitly, you would never do.
And now you are living with what comes after. The grief. The anger. The guilt that does not belong to you but has nowhere to go. The relief you are afraid to feel. The nights that are long. The question of who you are now, outside of being someone’s wife.
This deck is for you.
194 cards across five seasons — plus 35 Get Up action cards for when you cannot think your way out and must move your way out. Rooted in the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the du’as of the Prophets ﷺ.

“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.
O Allah, reward me in my affliction and replace it for me with something better.”
O Allah, reward me in my affliction and replace it for me with something better.”
— Du’a of Umm Salamah · Sahih Muslim
Umm Salamah made this du’a after her husband Abu Salamah died. Allah replaced him with the Prophet ﷺ. It lets you grieve and hope in the same breath. You are not asking for what you lost back; you are asking for something better.
a note from sophia
I built this deck for the Muslim women I keep meeting — in my coaching practice, in bootcamp rooms, in DMs after a post goes out — who walked away from a marriage that was harming them, and found there was almost nothing out there to hold them afterwards. Secular resources didn’t speak to their faith. Faith-based resources often didn’t speak to the leaving.
So I built both into one deck. The sacredness of the nikah and the right to walk away from harm — the same deck can hold both. Sabr is not silence about harm. Allah made it halal for you to leave what was hurting you. You did not do this. You survived this.
Rooted in the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the du’as that have carried Muslim women through loss since the earliest days of Islam.
